Membership Plan

Adults: $400/year
Children (age 17 and under): $300/year

What’s included: Two dental exams, two dental cleanings, oral cancer screenings, any necessary and recommended dental x-rays, and 10% off necessary dental procedures

*only for patients without dental insurance
*does not include cosmetic services

We also offer 10% off skincare products for our members.
